I found the hotel to be quite pleasant, with spacious and clean rooms that offered a lovely view of the Royal Palace, complete with a small balcony. The rooftop pool was a highlight, clean and refreshing, although the dining experience could use some improvement as the breakfast options were rather basic. Overall, it's a decent place to stay, but I hope to see some updates in the near future.

The rooms were spacious and clean, featuring a lovely view of the Royal Palace and a comfortable rain shower.
Service
6.0
The staff did their best to assist but sometimes seemed a bit unclear on requests, which could be frustrating.
Location

The hotel is located in an alleyway, which felt a bit shabby at first, but it was away from the noise and convenient for exploring the city.

The breakfast options were quite limited and did not cater well to the diverse range of guests.

Our stay at this boutique hotel was a mixed bag. The lobby was stunning, and the pool area was enjoyable; however, the room cleanliness left a lot to be desired. We experienced issues with the bathroom and the service, particularly concerning communication and responsiveness. Overall, while the hotel has potential, it needs significant improvements in certain areas.

Rooms
5.0
The room was spacious and had a nice balcony, but it was quite dirty and in need of a deep clean. The bed was comfortable, but the bathroom was outdated and flooded when using the shower.
Service
5.0
The service was not up to par. There appeared to be a lack of training among the staff, leading to poor communication and long waits for assistance.
Location
7.0
The hotel is tucked away in a small alley, making it a bit hard to find, but it is centrally located, offering easy access to local attractions.
Dining
6.0
We found the dining experience to be hit-or-miss. The restaurant had decent food, but service was painfully slow and we often had to ask for utensils.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were nice, especially the rooftop pool, but overall, the hotel seems to lack maintenance.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooftop pool offered stunning views and the decor in the reception area caught my eye, the room left much to be desired with its outdated features and lack of cleanliness. The dining situation was disappointing, particularly the breakfast, where most food was cold. Overall, it has potential but needs serious improvements in several areas.

Rooms
5.0
The room was quite dated and not very clean. The balcony overlooked unattractive rooftops and was only suitable for one chair, making it feel cramped.
Service
5.0
The service was inconsistent, with staff seemingly unsure about handling our room change request, which was very inconvenient, especially after booking in advance.
Location
5.0
The hotel is located down a small dead-end alley, which felt a bit unsafe to navigate, even though it's close to some attractions.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast options were a mix of Asian and Western, but unfortunately, the food was mostly cold and the coffee was quite poor.
Facilities
7.0
The rooftop pool had fantastic views and was enjoyable, but other facilities seemed to lack proper maintenance.

I had high hopes for this hotel, especially after seeing its beautiful pool area with stunning views and the spacious rooms. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired, with unhelpful staff and persistent issues like no hot water. The hotel has potential, but I wouldn't recommend it until they improve their management and staff training.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, providing a touch of local charm, but I faced issues like noisy air conditioning.
Service
5.0
The staff seemed clueless and uninterested, failing to address issues efficiently; it was disappointing.
Location
6.0
Although located on a small alley and a bit away from the main attractions, it was within a reasonable walking distance to local sites.
Dining
8.0
I enjoyed the food, which was excellent and offered good value for money.
Facilities

The pool area was beautiful and offered great views, but overall management needs to take a step up.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel, which is perfectly situated near the Royal Palace and several key attractions. The rooms are spacious and clean, offering a charming boutique feel, though the small balconies could be a downside. The breakfast on the rooftop comes with great views, but it does get busy. While the staff were generally friendly and helpful, I was a bit put off by the location being in a dark alley, making me cautious when heading out at night.

Rooms
9.0
The rooms were spacious and clean, with a quaint charm that added to the experience. Some have small balconies that offered nice city views.
Service
7.0
The staff were generally friendly and accommodating, but there were a few moments where I felt the service could improve, especially during busy times.
Location
6.0
The hotel is conveniently located near tourist spots, but the entrance is in a darker alleyway that made me a little uneasy after dark.
Dining
8.0
Breakfast was served on the rooftop, providing a stunning view of the city, though the area felt too congested during peak hours.
Facilities
7.0
The rooftop pool, while small, offered nice views and a relaxing spot to unwind after a day of exploring.
